The Challenge
Project managers on remote construction sites often lacked stable internet connections, making cloud-only SaaS tools useless. They needed a way to log daily material usage, worker attendance, and structural progress without waiting to get back to the office.
The Solution
We deployed an offline-first mobile application using React Native and WatermelonDB. Site managers can log all data throughout the day completely offline. The moment the device detects a stable network, it runs a background sync queue, resolving conflicts and updating the central cloud dashboard.
