The Challenge
PropCubix was expanding its broker network rapidly but faced massive friction in onboarding independent agents. The manual KYC verification and commission tracking process was scaling poorly, leading to delayed payouts and frustrated partners.
The Solution
We engineered a self-serve B2B portal. Agents can upload their RERA certificates and KYC documents directly. Once approved by admins, they unlock access to marketing collateral, a lead submission portal, and a transparent commission tracking ledger—all protected by strict JWT auth.
